What kind of photo should I provide?

For the best results, we recommend submitting a clear, well-lit front-facing portrait where the subject's face is fully visible and unobstructed. Photos with bright, solid-colored clothing against a simple background tend to produce the most vibrant and recognizable portraits.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

The entire process takes approximately 2 weeks. This includes about 1 week for our design and production process after order confirmation, followed by another week for international shipping. To ensure your gift arrives on time, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance.

What if I don't like the design draft?

We provide two complimentary design revisions to ensure you're happy with your portrait. If additional modifications are needed beyond these two revisions, a design fee will apply. Please note: as each piece is custom-made after final design approval, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production begins.
